The Alabama Public School and College Authority and the Trade School and Junior College Authority project files are maintained as one filing system. These files concern the financial aspects of maintaining and building school and college facilities in the state. The PSCA and TSJC were created to oversee the distribution of funds for school buildings, school sites, and school equipment. Included in these files is funding correspondence between school authorities, the Building Commission, and the PSCA-TSJC Authorities as well as minutes, 1964-1974. Also included are construction contracts, owner-architect agreements, change orders, contractors' estimates, invoices, and other papers involving funds in the authorities' possession.
